I truly believe in the efficiency of Outsourcing. I think that it is always a good idea to have your most problematic element of business, that your current staff handles the least efficiently, outsourced and given to a third party that specializes in doing exactly that at a high level. Even though the bill might seem higher, I do think that in the end the efficiency that is created, and the extra time that is created for your staff to focus on their core competencies more than pays for the fee that is incurred by working with and outsourced third-party. I know that this opinion is at odds with the opinions held by a lot of old school people who prefer not that Outsource, and could prefer to find in-house solutions to every problem, but I do think that in Health Solutions don’t always solve every problem that comes along. I do think that it’s important that we engage with the new ideas, and new methods, for all sorts of ways of doing things. For example, I do my software engineering through third parties. I know software development outsourcing has been a revelation for me and my small business, and I would never be able to afford to do it any other way. I work domestically, when I work with that was sourcing Outlets, but that’s just because that’s how I prioritize. I know a lot of people who work with offshore Outsourcing vendors and have amazing experiences, and I can’t say that I’m not intrigued. But I am very happy with my domestic Outsourcing agent and I continue to keep working with the same one. Just see, once you find a partnership in the third party that works for you, it is almost like having a full-time staff member except you don’t have to pay their benefits or their taxes, you just work with them, pay them, tell them what you want, and the work gets done at a high level, allowing your staff to focus on what they do best. Needless to say I suggest this method.
